A son of Abial and Martha Ralston Bailey was b. Sat., Aug. 7, 1852 in Utica, Frechcreek Twp., Pa. Siblings: David Rittenhouse Porter, Albert, George Dallas. Father was a boot and shoe maker. Physician was J. W. Riddle, of Utica.
